The properties are located along the Laleham Road and Penton Road, close enough to walk to the town center, and buses and trains, and each property is a few hundred yards from the river. Each flat, studio or flatlet in either property has, as standard, the following;
All rents are fully inclusive of rates, central heating, council tax, lighting, but not electricity, which is charged on a standard rate meter in each flat, studio or flatlet. All properties are let on standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements, an example of which can be viewed on this site. These are six month agreements having a monthly rollover at the end of the six months. Notice is one month. |

Prospective
residents will be asked for a months deposit, held against breakages,
and one months rent in advance to be paid on the 1st of each month. A
full credit check will be carried out. After viewing, the credit check
will be completed, and, if acceptable, the deposit will be taken and the
contract signed. The first months rent is paid and you move in. A standing
order must then be set up by the resident for each months payment.
