This is a nicely decorated one bedroom flat, having a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and separate loo. There is a massive loft for storage, accesible by a short ladder. The flat is fully furnished, as you see here and is on the second floor of a Victorian house in Chiswick.

LOUNGE

The lounge, which you can see in the pictures above is a good size, around 13' x 13', with a large sofa, armchair, coffe table, pictures, curtains and two large windows. A TV aerial socket is supplied.

BEDROOM

Again around 13' x 13', it has a standard double bed with fitted cupboards all round

The window overlooks the rear of the property, and you can see the mirror, picture, and laundry box.

The bed has a mattress protector, so it is aleways in good condition, and the fitted wardrobes have hanging as well as shelving space.

BATHROOM

The bath and shower are shown, with basin, mirrors and cork flooring

HALLWAYS AND TOILET

The property is fully gas centrally heated, having the boiler in the kitchen, its own hot water tank and radiators all over the flat. In the hallway is some limited storage, seen on the right, housing the vacuum cleaner (supplied) and two chairs for dining.

KITCHEN

This is a galley kitchen, being long and thin, around13' long and 6' wide. There is a fold up dining table, and a new washing machine, a gas cooker, sink and drainer, and plenty of cupboard space.
