Each room is let a on standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement, an example of which can be viewed on this site. These are six month agreements having a monthly rollover at the end of the six months. Notice is one month. Prospective residents will be shown the property and asked to meet the residents. The final decision will be theirs, as it is important to have a group of like minded people in the house. Prospective residents
will be asked for a months deposit, held against breakages, and one
months rent in advance to be paid on the 1st of each month. A full credit
check will be carried out, and bank and employers references will be
followed up. After viewing, the credit check will be completed, and,
if acceptable, the deposit will be taken and the contract signed whilst
other references taken. If the references are acceptable, the first
months rent is paid and you move in. A standing order must then be set
